Fred Pelard is a strategy trainer & consultant,
who specialises in helping teams and organisations
solve complex problems.
A French rocket-scientist by training, Fred has been lecturing on strategic thinking and complex problem solving to the CEOs and strategy teams of major corporations and consulting firms around the world for the best part of 15 years.
Fred started his career in management consulting (with Deloitte), and completed his MBA at Insead in 1994. He has been working as a strategist ever since, first with Kalchas (a medium-sized Bain and McKinsey spin-off) and then with Instigate Group, where he has worked with some of the leading organisations in media, FMCG, retail, financial services, defence, not-for-profit and consulting (see Clients for details).
Based in London and working globally, Fred divides his time between five areas of equal interest & excitement:
- Designing & delivering bespoke strategy training sessions
- Designing & delivering open strategy training sessions (see Courses)
- Conducting high-impact strategy consulting projects
- Offering leadership development support
- Facilitating strategy away-days for boards and management teams
