- These seats each represent the right for one person from one company to attend a specific course, delivered by Fred Pelard, on a given set of dates in a given location.
- The seat(s) are transferable intra-company but non-refundable.
- In the unfortunate last minute instance that you can not attend the course, the responsibility falls on you to nominate a colleague to attend in your place.
- Instigate Group Ltd reserves the right to approve the suitability of your replacement, and we would strongly suggest you choose someone of similar seniority or skills as you.
- We self-limit the class size on each course to ensure the best training experience for all, and are therefore unable to offer any refund for seat(s) purchased and not used.
