Following various client requests over time, the
range of the training I now deliver regularly has expanded to 12 key modules,
across 3 main themes of analytical strategy : gathering insightful facts,
tackling issues with crisp thinking, and efficiently arriving to the best
outcome.
These modules can be delivered in either a very detailed fashion for strategy
consulting practitioners, or at a more high-level for their managers or
corporate clients. The detailed format will usually warrant about 1 day
per module (with exercises) and the high-level version covers about 3
modules a day.
